$950K tilt panel warehouse and fabrication facilities for Taylor’s Engineering in Kwinana, including 2000m2 industrial strength bitumen carpark and set down area including all services, kerbing, crossovers and service roads. Currently negotiating an additional 600m2 warehouse and carpark / set down area for the same client.
Guron Road Duncraig
15000m2 sub division including all site works and submissions to council. We also handled all submissions and documentation that was required by WAPC to attain sub division approval.
90 Dundas Road
$650K tilt panel warehouse for Boyce Western Glass including service roads, cross over and set down area.
6 Roberts Road
$550K tilt panel warehouse for T Liner W.A including forward works and civil.
239 Planet Street Welshpool
$450K steel warehouse extension for RCR Tomlinson Heat Treatment Division including set down area, service roads and re-topping of car park
Discovery Drive Cockburn Business Park
$1.4 mil commercial premises and carpark including storm water trenching, all services and crossovers.
24 Bakewell Drive Port Kennedy
$850K multi unit development site – construction of commercial tilt panel warehouses including all forward works, site clearing, levels and roads. This was a design and construct contract where the team at FIRM successfully negotiated the land procurement strategy and executed all the submissions to council, including the management of the construction documentation phase. FIRM also engaged the sales team to handle the exit strategy to conclude another successful project that finished on time and on budget.
