FIRM is building new facilities for state and private educational organisations across the state.
FIRM completed the East Perth TAFE building training centre, 17 primary school upgrades in the Building Education Revolution Program and is now commissioned to undertake several high school additions and upgrades.
We have recently completed the new Broome North Primary School in the town’s newest housing subdivision area and the middle school facility in Halls Creek, middle schools for Duncraig and Shenton College and a multi user sport facility at Perth Modern. Our latest work is the new addition to Guildford Grammar.

FIRM Construction has completed extensions to Armadale Senior High School. The works included
The works were carried out with the school fully operational. There was limited site access and laydown, and strict requirements for site security and safety. FIRM Construction maintained constant liaison with school management throughout the project.
Firm Construction were engaged by Building Management and Works to construct a new classroom block at the existing Spring Hill Primary School. The works included:
Completed in September 2015, the new Preparatory School facility designed by Christou Design Group includes three 2 storey classroom modules and a 2 storey administration block.
Complete with landscape gardens, amphitheatre and a central discovery courtyard.
This new facility is something we are truly proud of!
The Broome North Primary School project comprises of the construction of new general learning areas, staff accommodation, oval and cricket nets, multi-use courts, courtyards, terracing, stairs and ramps.
The new construction build was completed over an 11-month duration, reaching practical completion in January 2015, allowing the Department of Education to begin first term operations for 2015

Halls Creek District School project comprises of a major demolition to an existing buildings, followed by a complete new build:
The project was completed meeting all time objectives to allow staff and students to make full use of the new facility.
Works included new year 7 classrooms, administration centre, amphitheatre, carpark and landscaping.
FIRM Construction completed all civil and inground works, construction of new buildings, walkways, landscaping interior fitout including specialised sprung floor, gymnasium equipment and audio visual system.
The removal of hazardous materials was completed during site preparation and civil works.Works successfully completed in the occupied and fully operational school environment.
Working closely with Christou Architects, the project works included the construction of the middle school and administration facilities. Included classroom modules, landscaping, car park and all fitout works.
Construction materials included steel frame and face brick. An aircell double bitumen membrane waterproofing system was used to clad the roof enabling for a grassed recreational area.
