Description: This award-winning 109-bed and four storeys respite home in North Fremantle was built to interlink with a redeveloped heritage listed building. The building is now operating as Regis Aged Care’s administrative office. The Project involved class 2 demolition and asbestos removals while preserving four original Norfolk pine trees.
The redeveloped state of the art architecture provides aged care facilities 24/7 to its clients. It is also equipped with nurses’ working station and other medical facilities.
The facility is located in a highly built-up residential neighbourhood; our team held various community consultations sessions to ensure the local community and other stakeholders are involved.
