FIRM Construction completed recently Stage 2 of the Element27 apartment development in Subiaco. The scope of works comprises a five-storey building with 93 apartments of various sizes and floor space, including SDA apartments. Other building features include carpark basement, roof terrace, swimming pool, fitness room, outdoor community areas, including BBQs and green spaces, and commercial lots (e.g. café).

This project was one of the first major apartment development projects awarded to FIRM Construction. The complex includes 47 architecturally designed apartments over four levels with penthouses, commercial premises, and basement carpark. Supporting features include winter and summer gardens, swimming pool, bbq areas, fitness room, and relaxing lounges.

This boutique development offers 22 spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments in the heart of Fremantle. The new building was constructed between exiting infrastructure and required the protection of the heritage listed façade.

The new apartment building in Midlands includes 24 one and two bedroom apartments with open living spaces and high-quality finishes over five levels. The project was successfully completed under a D&C contract with early design review involvement by FIRM Construction.

Scope: New build and house extension | Contract value: $2M

FIRM Construction has completed extension and renovation works to residential houses in Dalkeith and Peppermint Grove. The outcomes resulted in modernised residencies, combining historical infrastructure with new built and including luxurious features, swimming pool and landscaped gardens.
